talk to ANY boat owner and they will tell you it IS an expense, no matter how much relaxation they get from it.A boat is a hole in the water into which you throw money.
The happiest days of a boaters life is the day he buys his boat AND the day he sells his boat.
I deal with boat people at work. Trust me. A boat is an expense.
It is not a toy I would ever want, but obviously I hope Bill enjoys his......expenses and all.

I prefer whiskey to scotch. But I'm not the biggest fan of either. I'm a rum lover. Which is better for boating, anyways.
But since I don't have a real boat, I just bring rum with me in my kayak.
