I forgot, I said 50-100 a week. Used to spend about $125-150 with two and I now spend 50-75 with just me.

I spend close to $100 a week at the grocery store...

But then, I'm like Doug and am picky about my produce/meats so I pay more for the fresher/healthier stuff. And I'm still stocking my kitchen with assorted sundries, so that adds up to...

 

Clearly....

 

Last year at my physical the Dr. came in with my blood test results. He said A- I'm not sure what you are doing, but whatever you do, don't stop, B- I have LOTS of patience that would love to have your numbers!

Another 25 corner...

 

I usually get the "Your resting heart rate is so low...are you alive?" followed by a comment on my excellent blood pressure numbers...

And that's when I was eating like crap. Now I eat far healthier and hit the gym 5-6 times a week I manage to maintain something like a 4-5% bodyfat

I'm sure I'm over 4 to 5 by a bit, but not much as I weigh 155 to 160. For me the key is cholesterol, heart strength, blood flow dynamics and such. Just this past year I have also taken on the challenge to dramatically reduce my sodium content, and now that I'm on that mission I have to spend a tad more for the healthier low sodium foods. The funny thing is, I actually find they taste more like what they are...
