wow the dog had some great insurance - they are giving me 2k to fix the car and my body guy has passed on his "return every other week customer discount" so i should have a few extra pennies for my pain and suffering -

so - i am thinking about a remote starter / alarm installed by non other than Master Car guy Scott!!

or

an upgraded head unit to something like Thomas & Eric have - Alpine 9835 - figue with this the dogs should hear me coming from three miles away...

what do you guys think??

 

auto starter - winters coming dude.
how do you get past the clutch has to be depressed or I won't start switch.

Don't know about remote start on a manual trans.

Last thing I would want to see is my car lunge forward
from pushing a key fob button because I forgot to take
the car out of gear.

As much as I think you need a Bob In The Head more than anything...

I'll say Remote Start/Alarm installed by Scott. I won't trust anyone else installing it. Especially the kill switch and in gear disarm.

You don't need another stereo... you have one... and it works great.
