Default Whats for dinner?

Oh, hello. What do we have here?

Why that looks like a smoker? And some beers? Sounds like a good time. Lets find some animal to eat.

Get the fire going... Mesquite wood. Nice hot coals. Not a whole lot of smoke.

I cooked some pork short ribs for 4.6 hours.

Add some

home made baked beans and some cornbread...

Dis one for you Steve'O!

I'm impressed. But I may just have you beat.

Yesterday we were having some BBQ chicken for dinner. I decided I wanted potato salad.

So I peeled, chopped and got things ready for cooking in the bathroom.

Our little $7.98 single burner from Benny's did the trick for the eggs and the potatoes.

Pretty soon I'll (make that Rick) will be cooking in the kitchen again.

I'll bring my camera.

Having dinner not zapped in the microwave, or prepared in the bathroom will be a nice change of pace.

Ted's how's your kitchen project coming along?

Kramer style! Great!

Did you also get a garbage disposal installed in the bath tub?
