Bank holiday for me too

but i just spent the last hour fixing the crown vic.... stop at the gas station and feel something hit my foot... ohhh that's a strange looking srew i say to myself - "might need that" so i toss it in the glove box and proceed to fill up the tank - $40.00 buck later hope in and try to start the car.. nope nut'en...

the shifter feels funny so i proceed to push the car away from the pumps (good thing there was a dognut shop next to the gas station.. hope in for a quick crowler and ponder my options...

burn the car - nope no fire or theif on it

push it into the street and hope someone hits it- nope don't want anyone else hurt

mess with the shifter a little - yup that's what i'll do...

move it around a bit and was able to get it into nurtual so she started and i nursed (or as April would say PoRNed) her home

once home i take off the stearing column to see if i can see anything - nope then i figure i'll remove the thing under the stearing column to get a better look... luckily i paid attention when scott installed the remote start because the darn screws were hidden behind some stupid plastic pannel (and why the hell would a 93 ford use metrics anyway???).. take that off and squish my fat head under the dash - low and behold i find the missing screw - pop that bad boy in and she is good as 1993 new

off to go christmas shopping gonna see if i can find thomas some balls for x/mass

i'll check back later

Working here... but I get to do the afternoon remotely from home. A day in the office from home is always better than a day in the office IN the office.
