Guilty as stated! But I do have to say now that I got one its very fun! I am not coordinated enough to use just my thumbs on a controller either that or its just boring to me. With the Wii controller in off my big butt and into the game

Loving Tiger Wood golf 2009 man its awesome! Mark I know you would like that one. If you wanna make a drive up here to check it out doors open all weekend! Cmon up!
umm sorry dave it's better with this,

My neighbor has this over his garage.

you use REAL golf clubs.
The only problem is I can't hit driver without smacking his ceiling.
So I have to hit 3 wood and tell the program it is driver but i give up about 15 mph on club head speed and 30 yds on my drives.

it's almost time to be able to swing a club again.

P3pro swing says that they have the Tiger Woods interface for his simulator now. I have to ping him on it.

When I got injured and sat home for a while my wife came home with a Wii. It went back to the store the next day because I felt that I couldn't play many of the games. She brought back an Xbox 360. For the holiday's I got the rock star world tour game and a need for speed driving game.

Dave, does the Wii Fit have advanced levels of exercise as well? So that
someone that started exercising using it could move up in difficulty as
they became more and more in shape?
Yes, depending on what you do (yoga, strength, balance, etc) when you complete the entry level exercises, you open more exercises and more difficult levels. Keep in mind, the Wii fit focuses more on balance than anything else with the philosophy of having good balance=better posture=better health. I wouldn't expect to get any great aerobic work outs on the Fit. It's great for doing Yoga and strength exercise. Love the balance games, ski jumping and snowboarding are really cool. There are some running modes, but to me running in place seems a bit un-natural. Then again, running in general feels un-natural to me

And it does award you higher levels and more points as you get better with your balance. Those exercises are not exactly easy they do test your muscles and you will certainly feel like you did a workout if you use the strength and yoga exercises.

Overall is it the perfect device for workouts no, is it a great device to stimulate your mind and body and get you moving yes. well worth the $89 asking price for the fit at retail.

This combined with some type of physical workout ex: a home gym etc would easily replace the gym in my opinion.

Myself I have a home gym, eliiptical machine,treadmill,2 staionary bikes, some free weights, jump rope, tv, surround sound, wifi, laptop computer and now the Wii fit in my workout area so the only excuse i have now for not doing some sort of workout is laziness unfortunately I also have that

Josh, I would certainly agree that without use of your leg a lot of games would be rendered useless to you as it does require body movement for a lot of them. Than again it was designed for that so its a success in that arena.

I can vouch that Dave does have quite a good workout set up down in the basement.
