ok so does any else think it is stupid to start a game at 10:00 at night?

 

Nah its saturday nite most will sleep in tomorrow, its a great game going on. Ump did mess up the call at first in the 7th though.

well that was a dumb play by the rays wild pitch runner goes throw to 2nd by catcher is wild so runner goes to third and still no out so maybe no extra innings

 

ookkk this is a great game sorry for the ones missing it, rays intentional walk to put man on first and are going to a 5 man infield looking for that dp and keep the runner at third for anything hit to the infield

now walking the batter to load em up looking for those dp opportunities

great strategy

 

LOL a lil put hit to third the fielder comes in and throws it wayyyyyyy ova the catchers head a decent toss and the runner would have been out ,at 1:47am phillies win it

I do, especially for those of us on the east coast.

 

I don;t think they want to have double headers in the World series. If they canceled the game, it would have to be made up another day. That would throw the whole schedule off which is a big deal since home team advantage can be big. Plus there is a chance that rain could spoil another game which would REALLY mess things up if they already missed one. I think MLB made the right call to start the game instead of canceling.

 

I was hoping to watch, but no way I was staying up that late.
