work smart not hard heck you could jog to work but I bet you drove today

most guys who use a maul say they have rotor cuff problems - me i'd rather add gas and pull a lever to split wood

For someone that moves as much wood as you no doubt Steve. I only split maybe 1-2 cords a year and don't mind the exercise.

how much wood do you have now steve??? you should start selling your wood considering the investment you're putting in.

i would guess around 3 cord already cut / split / seasoned left for this year and 4 cords worth of log length that I need to process -

selling is a PIA as you need a way to deliver a cord

I just split about 1/4 cord of the maple that was in my front yard.
If I was gonna do this a lot I think I'd go the power splitter route.

split nice though.

Hmmm. Seems you can buy a lot of wood for that price.
