WTF is going on here
So why does Bill feel that he needs to lock all his threads ? ... Who has a issue with the topics ? both threads were civilized and on track .. a first for NE .
Is everyone that insecure that the internet can offend or disturb you ? Is Steve holding a gun to your head forcing one to read the topic biggrin.gif ? you have a choice not to read them ..
I used to enjoy this forum and loved how it was the most mature forum out there auto related . I feel the past year that it has gone in a downward spiral .. everyone is upset , disappointed , hurt , crying , offended ... etc .. When did we become so sensitive ? What happen to being strong , yourself , Kind , respectful , playing ??? I am not saying we still cant poke fun at one another , but show respect when doing so ... dont make it personal ..
The first 5 years we were a giant Family .. nothing could separate us .. Neither Steve , myself or anyone could change how we felt . We had tons of laughs and great times .. Now everyone seems to be worried about everyone else and what they do with there lives .. If what one does does not effect you life , then who cares live your life the way you like ... Steve will always be hiding from NL , Bill will always surprise you smile.gif .. I will always be Twiztid ... Lainey will always be kind and loving ... Erick will always be Stock ... Ben will always be skinny smile.gif .. Dave will always point out the rules in between editing tongue.gif .. Pinky will always have his Brain ... Puff will always be Modding ... Jeff will always be the Law ..Giles will always be giving and Super Smart ... And Dana , Bob and Bruce will always be in our hearts heart.gif
Lets take the last topic for example .. does anyone feel less of anyone else now knowing if they do or have smokes pot in there life ?? how does it effect you ?? I dont think I have seen anyone light up at a event or has shown up to a event high ponder2.gif
Dont forget this is a forum .. while it be cars , cookies , lifestyle , events , politics ... ect this is a placed designed to express ones opinion .

Because replies to a topic are more often than not wording aimed at someone's point of view, discussion will usually go slightly off into several directions as people question each others validity, sources etc, with like to be interpreted phrases. Circular discussion and ambiguity in replies can carry out arguments for several tens of posts of a thread eventually ending when everyone gives up or another similar debate takes it over. It is not uncommon for a style over substance or ad hominem debates to be the ones to take it over. Other problems on forums include catch-22 logic, regress arguments, vagueness, counterfactual history arguments etc. Most issues arise from a poor understanding or ignorance of argumentation theory and differences in values of the participants.
