I have been a life long fan of the huskies - gone to many games, men and womens. This year I didn't think they'd have it in them but wow, what a surprise. Lamb was amazing!

 

They sure finished up the season playing their best ball of the year.

 

They deserve it!!

On a side note, I'm so glad I don't live on campus anyomore

 

Lots of great sports titles were won when a team that was just considered 'good' figured out how to get it together right at the end.

Both the wife and I are UConn alums (that's where we met, although didn't date 'til after). Neither of us were particularly into college basketball before going to UConn, but the '98-'99 season was our freshman year, so needless to say, you couldn't be a student at Storrs watching UConn beat Duke and not at least follow UConn's progress each year!

 

I graduated in 2000, so I was there during the first championship and have season tickets. They totally weren't expected to do much but they bought into the team concept. Go uconn
