The place is pretty empty. The only place I can think of finding one in there is either the attic or under the weird wood trap door thing on the basement floor. Other than those two places, there aren't a lot of places for one to hide. It won't be a problem though, a bunch of low cost converted mill apartments are just down the road. I'm sure I can find plenty over there.
