I have no opinion on this one for some strange reason. I have thought about it, but can't get on either side of the fence.

 

Pros and cons both ways. I think my big problem is, I don't like this incomplete way of dealing with pot. Either legalize it and regulate it, or don't. These half steps just help the illegal market flourish and there is no protection for the buyer and no revenue for the state.
