looks like we have a group of comedians.
Its okay, it was expected, but im still serious about it though.
Motor and Tranny comment was over the top, but understandable. Rest assured if i break something (in which case i highly doubt for i dont drive hard), obviously that can be factored into the contract if one so chooses to do so.
and again-IN ALL SERIOUSNESS-you will be the one gaining money from this that you can choose to do whatever you want with it. I will also change the oil accordingly and wash the car upon dropping it back off to your door.
If this plan fails-i can always rent something else..
and yes, i will be driving to Florida.

good luck

guess no serious takers?
I really dont see anyone letting there car go out of the area never mind out of state!
let me put it this way.
I got seriously pissed at my wife for letting a coworker drive the car for a couple of miles and she was in it.
you'd be better off buying one of the cars locally, taking it on your drive. then selling it when you got back. if your a clever buyer you can even make money on it selling it in the spring.

Get serious ....Go rent a 6cyl convertible Mustang then , plenty of those if you dont drive hard .Rule number 4
dont trust anyone that say they want to borrow your car and they wont drive it hard . Specially the ones that say they will treat as if it was there own . Why would I want someone to beat the bag out of my car ?? other than me
Engine and Tranny are just part of it , what if you crash it ?? I would want a brand new replacement . I would not care if your insurance company or you offered to fix it as that is not how it was before it was so call rented . I would not accept a used replacement either as most bought there's new and would have no knowledge of how the car was treated prior .....
New England is full of Great comedians
hell Adam Sandler is from my home town . Welcome to Manchvages baby
so isnt Sara Silverman ..... And to think you can drive it to Florida .......LOL ..... Most rental companies wont even let you do that .. You have been on here for three years and you still have not managed to own one ?? If you could afford to drive one you would own one ... think about it ?? This is not HondaTech where 95% of the members did not graduate high school and believe anything you tell them ..
Hell you only graduated in 04 so your still just a kid ..... who in there right mind would rent you there personal sports car ?? Most rental companies dont rent to people under 25 and you have to be older than that to rent most sports cars ..
What happen to you buying a 04 ? still saving I see
before you start talking down to people you should be a little more honest . I would start with your profile info first as I would not rent to some old guy either that was born in 1909
so where is the custom colored S2k with its custom interior ? why dont you drive that to Florida ??
its OK , someday

I would not rent you our Lotus either .... plus it only has 800miles on it ... If you like I can sell you a very rare Lotus 190R ... But I doubt you have the money or you would have a S2000 to drive
But Like I said at 21-22 years old no one will rent you a sports car .. Sorry
