Default finally

hey all,
i just picked up the s from the port here in italy. spent three weeks driving a 1980-something fiat 45 uno sting rental and it's a nice transition to the honda, lol!
things are going well here so far, we just moved into the new place this past weekend. things are definitely very different out here and driver's out here are pretty nuts. oh, and the insurance for the s is through the roof!!!!!

you're right about driving in Italy. i remember a TDY to Naples when we were stuck in a traffic jam at a "round-about" with truck horns blarring and drivers cursing. before too long several Unos started driving on the sidewalk in the center of the ring - with pedestrians running for the lives. just remember - there are no rules and the loudest horn usually wins.

i have a pretty cool commute with some twists and turns (a lot more than alamo) because it follows along the edge of a mountain, but it sucks because they're all blind turns and people don't understand that they need to stay on their side of the road, it's not possible to have much fun. oh and the local cycling team uses the road for training so there are bikers all over the place.
