Default Looking to be......

Hey guys and gals I am looking for a 92-00 civic coupe or hatchback. I will be selling my Ridgeline too so if you or any one you know are looking for one mine will be up for sale. Please post up if you have anything. Please no pile of junk cars which is going to be hard to find but I have time to find the one I want.

Thanks

Now you're selling the Ridgeline, have you even had it for a year?

There are better platforms out but not any where near as cheap nor reliable. I want to spend $3000-$3500. There is no other car out ther that fits my category.

Jason I have only had it since April I love the truck just want to lose a payment. It will put us in a better financial position. We want to move in about a year and I can save a lot of money if I don't have a payment.

I would hardly say a K20 hatch is boring. That has got to be up on the list for cool cars for me. Still super reliable and a pretty good running rig too. Cheaper than building up a nice WRX that's for sure, haha. I just want a simplistic car any more these days. Easy to fix when it needs and fun to drive.

Well we agree to disagree, a K20 hatch is very boring. Like I said just my opinion.

I'll take my boring '95 GSR Hatchback, with a B18-C5 (hoping to go JDM) over a new Civic Si anyday! Omar's Type-R with a K-20 is anything but boring also. Just my opinion...

Sure they would be FUN, but its a boring looking car, still not relatively fast by any means, since that is why most people want them.

A k20 hatch would put a hurting on a stock s2000. Let's just use Hondas fwhp numbers for this. A k20 hatch will weight 2550 ish with driver, and have 210 fwhp. That yields a 12.1 pound to HP. An s2000 with driver comes in at about 3000 pounds and has 220 fwhp which yields a 13.6:1 ratio. While it may not seem huge it is about 2-3 cars in a drag race. Now I am highly aware neither of these cars are meant for drag racing but, being that drag raving interests me that is why I compared them. Will an s2k out handle a EK hatch? Everyday of the week. They both have their perks. The civic has pretty much everything I desire in a vehicle right now. Would I take a 2000 over a civic if it was just a toy car, yes I would. But I need to have a back seat right now.
