Default Machine shop inquiry

I got another Timing chain cover from J-Rod, thanks again buddy.

I just need to have it milled, decked about the thickness of a finger nail. Anyone know of one where I can have this done in town? Looking for a shop most prefered, not a place I drop off and wait for a while. THis is not a long job, should only take 30 minutes with set up.

I will check in, please let me know.

I am a machinist, how thick is it, and how thick does it need to be? My boss doesnt really let us do things like this but I may be able to fit it in somewhere.

I was able to get it taken care of, just needed to be milled about the thicknes of a finger nail.

I did however run into another problem. I need to replace the studs in my manifold One broke off and the other three are fine.
I know I need to heat them up. Could you help with that?

Is part of the stud sticking out or is it flush with the surface? Secondly is the end that is stuck in the manifold threaded? Is this the intake manifold or the exhaust/ turbo

It's the exhaust/turbo side. Well... three are sticking out, one well, Just give me a call when you can and I will explain. Sometimes you try to fix things when you should not, works well in the past...

727-798-7655, works anywhere in the world except Djibouti...
