The beauty of the S2K top destroying itself because you like to put it up and down! Mine had an actual tear and a thin spot where it rubbed on the bar. Took it to Al's Upholstery over on Central and Sunset and had two patches/reinforcements installed for cheap and the problem is solved for now. Much cheaper than a whole new top.

 

Nice. For future reference Doug does a lot of interior and top work as he owns his own shop just FYI he might be able to save you some money.

didnt see this till now. lol. Im doing it next week. I made next week my open week for business to do the small stuff. So dont worry you guys. Jasons top will be patched up and looking good, Jeff's top will get patched up and looking good, and if i can get some freaking elastic straps then im going to do all of your straps as well.
