ok i got my turbo kit in. when i hit about 4000rpm the stupid car slows down and wont let me go further well it does but not fast really slow. i didnt have this problem with my SI anyone have suggestions?

 

oh and i have compressor surge too

Who did your tune if anyone? Definitely not trying to be an ass here, but it sounds like this is headed straight for disaster especially if you keep beating on it when it's falling flat at 4k. The tune is either seriously lacking, or you're in some sort of limp mode perhaps.
