Now I am not doubting what 03evo mentioned, you may need to find a stock exhaust from someone here on the boards so you can install it.

Reason being, where I grew up a cop actually inspected the car before a "fix it ticket" was signed off on.

I showed up for window tint with soap still on the inside of the windows because it was going right back on.

not here. easiest way is find a yellow s2k, slap your plate on the rear, take a pic and then take it right back off. it's just a BS law they use to try and cut back on cruising on montgomery and/or central. the neighborhood associations on montgomery actually pitch in and pay for the officer OT on weekends and they HAVE to give out a minimum of X amount of these tickets. BS right? I've done my research on this law back when I got my first 'modified exhaust' ticket about 4 years ago. believe it, or not, but it was harder to get out of em then than it is now. when I got slapped with one last year and I took all the proof to court, the lady called me in the arraignment room and asked if I "fixed it" I said yes and told her I had pics (that she didnt even look at) and said "ok. dismissed. you're free to go" good luck

 

Got one in my evo to on montgomery. Wasn't even doing anything just pulling into my house. Anyways I got a statement saying I had the stock exhaust put back on, and they didn't even look at the paper. Just asked if it was fixed, and said it's like it never even happened. BS law, do something else with you time, like sopping the ****ers breaking into peoples house or a crime that actually does good to the city. Whats the point of targeting imports and not harley's that are three times as loud and drive like bats out of hell everywhere. I rode for a long long time on my suzuki 1000cc so I can bring up bikes. I'm just so tired of this BS!!

 

i know me to! this is the second time ive been pulled over and given tickets for bull shit stuff i hate being profiled by cops all the time but does anyone have a yellow s2k i can use to put my liscence plate on and take pictures?

 

saw justin in the yellow s2k somewhere today on the westside. just can't remember where lol. saw rick at costco today and also saw ronnie driving down coors like 2 or 3 days ago.

he got a GT500 this past weekend in Kansas and drove out there to pick it up.

 

Just saw a blue ap2on coots and alameda with a busted up front bumper. Then I saw a red ap2 driving through corrales.
