2 qts for the trans and 1 qt for diff. get a fluid pump or 2 from pep boys. i say get 2, 1 for the trans and 1 for the diff. dont want to mix fluids.

trans options: honda oem mtf, amsoil mtf, gm synchromesh, royal purple mtf. i personally use honda mtf. amsoil mtf is pretty good too. i havent used the others.

diff: mobil1 75w90, amsoil 75w90 or le 1605. i have used all 3 and have gotten good results from them. i currently run the le 1605.

if you just want to go to a local store and get fluids, i say get honda mtf and mobil1 75w90 for the diff.

amsoil and le you have to order via the mail or find a local specialty shop that carries them.

^ this.

Been using these on all my s2k's since 03.
If you use LE, make sure you warm it up a bit before pumping.
Stuff is like taffy when cool...
