Default side marker ?

I was wondering if it's legal to have clear side marker with stock bulbs in there?
Or does the light have to be amber.

I don't really know... I have clear markers but amber bulbs
so I figured that was okay

Maybe Defender will be able to answer your question .

you can see the clear marker in the picture also now
I just have to figure what to do with the front turn
signal don't know if I should get those silver vision
bulbs or paint them... or keep the amber bulb in there
I kinda like the little bit of amber glowing out of the
cleared lens. I also had these really cool LED bulbs(Parking Lamp)
that go in the front to but my efffin dog ate them
I like the brightness of those blue ones because when
they are lit they match good with the HID's but I don't
like the blue glow when the aren't lit .

I dont think sidemarkers really matter. Some cars didnt even come with sidemarker lights. I think just as long as they dont flash blue u'll be ok.

But i'm not totally sure. If anything, call up ur police station or maybe even 311 to find out for sure.

I personally never heard any1 get pulled over for that or ticketed.

I never wash my car. No point at all. Track pads make so much dust the sides of the car gets dirty in 15 minutes .

Contrary to popular belief, not only can sidemarkers LEGALLY be clear, they can be ANY color......as long as they dont flash/strobe (imitating police.) How do I know???

There is NO law in the US that requires vehicles to come with sidemarkers. So, get them, makes a big difference....if you do tho.....clear your headlights, the sidemarkers look weird when you have orange headlights.
