I don’t like to break promises but the pick-up day has been moved to Thursday, the 26th.
Patience, I know......

I hope you get it home before there is snow on the ground. Good luck.

Why is he pushing the date out?

Me and a friend went up to Burlington on Thursday afternoon, it had been raining all day and into the night up there. When we got to the house, the car was still on jackstands and it needed some last minute work. We finished installing the Ohlins suspension, Tein tension rods, and driver-side door. The interior was still not installed yet, not the front bumper or front fenders. And we were trucking along but then we found 2 decent holes that were in the floorboard on the passenger side. They could be dremelled out, new sheet metal, and POR 15'd, but we just didn't have the time.

So we agreed that the rest of the work will be completed by Nov 4th and it will be delivered to Lake George that weekend. Then I will just drive it the rest of the way home. It should be good by then. I know it sounds like a lot but it's really not.

So that's the latest.

(The hurricanes have been slowing things down, since the previous owner has a military commitment with the Army to assist when help is needed.)

Thanks for the update. And I hope you get to drive it home soon and have some fun in it before you put it away for the season
