How many years before we hit 2000 posts? I may be in assisted living by then with my caregivers doing my posts!

the last one took about 2 years. I think you’ll be fine without the need for assistance :)

Has anyone stored their S2000 in a local storage unit? I have to move for a new job and I want to try and figure a way to bring my S2000 with me.

Not the S2000 (I store it in a warehouse that takes other cars in over the winter too), but I have used Mabeys in East Greenbush to store my BRZ to keep it away from the driveway.

Depending on how far you are going, you can ship it. We see cars all the time on open trailers being shipped, but you can also get into a closed trailer. Plenty of adds on line. .

Oh yea I'm not worried about shipping it I'm just trying to find some way that I can maintain access to it. I'm moving to near NYC area and finding a place with attached garage is tough. I was thinking like some personal storage facility or something but I'm unsure.

I feel your pain. I store two cars in a one door rented barn, store two cars in my garage and have two cars in the driveway. It's a real pain - especially when it snows. Plus an expense.

Our attempt to party with the VSCCA at West Point Military Academy ended in a fail. Pulled off the highway to gas up. When I sat back in the car, heard a loud bang of unknown etiology. Went to start. Starter seemed to spin, but not turn the motor. What with the loud bang, I thought we broke the crankshaft or maybe transmission input shaft, as we had been pushing hard at about 65 mph. But hours later on getting home, the starter doesn’t spin the flywheel, so maybe just a starter problem and not fatal to the engine.

... just another weekend adventure. And here you all thought that with me, it was just white sliced bread. :)
