Hey Guys, I haven't been around these forums for a while. We recently suffered a family lost and anything S2000 has been put on the back-burner.
Bottom line is it was time for a change and I just sold my car. I had some great times with the car and really enjoyed meeting some of you. I remember my first upstate s2ki meeting at Watkins Glen for a F1 viewing party, 2007 I believe.
Some great people here. Thanks for the memories and help over the years.
Not sure what car I will be getting next.
Still a car guy. I'll be around for car shows, races, Grand Prix festival. I'm still into vintage racing memorabilia, if you're ever looking to buy, sell or trade feel free to contact me at markpenske@aol.com.
Thanks for the memories and help over the years.

Sorry to hear about the loss in your family, Mark. The vintage posters you sent me are still with me. Stick around and keep saying hi. It’s the people that the car brought together. Keep in touch and I hope you are into another fun to drive car.
I sold my AP2 to Val at Bul. Apparently since opening a second location in Florida, he has been buying cars from customers and then not paying off the bank loans. Victims fear he has fled the country. Can't trust anyone.

I remember you telling me that and as I recall they treated you well and gave you a fair price.
my guess is they probably expanded beyond means and ran into cash flow issues. Too bad as that location seemed to like getting enthusiasts together. BMW CCA has had membership meetings there as I recall.
