Kenmore is solid stuff, Tony. It might not be in the Sub Zero bling category but good solid stuff and you can either call a Sears repair guy or do it yourself pretty easy.

GE Profile stove / oven, refrig, microwave, dishwasher.

GE washer and dryer.

All 5 years + at this point and no issues thus far.

we bought Samsung fridge, stove, micro and dishwasher.

Microwave and stove are great - very sleek and feature packed.

Fridge is the 4 door flex temp drawer French door type, works well and I keep my beer in the drawer which I dig, ice maker sucks!!!! cubes are small you always get some snow with them and it dispenses them slowly.

Dishwasher is just ok, we bundled them all from lowes and got a nice deal, delivery and set up was easy.

There's so many good brands out there now. Its not like before.

I say stick with one brand so they all match together in your kitchen. Different brand uses different finish on their stainless steel. Your wife must be excited to get all these new appliances.

I've had some issues with LG French Door refrigerators. The Samsung ones look really nice. No experience with reliability. I'm doing a kitchen remodel now and will be installing a Bosch dishwasher and a Samsung range. I'll let you know how it turns out.
