so sore from working out and cycling to work. I hate having to get back into shape. I wish i could just keep up my workout all year. Too bad we don't live in a more temperate climate.

Jon... I was going to ask you to ride this weekend but my allergies yesterday wouldn't let me leave the house. They attack my eyes the worse and I can't see sh*t when it's bright out... Ehhhh.

everyone was having crazy allergies this weekend. glad im on nasonex, although i never really had a problem with pollen, only cats, dogs and dustmites.

my dad developed nasonex back in the late 90's. That and claritin do wonders when i get an alergy attack.
