Yeah thats it. Happened again to me last night. I woke up was fully conscious of everything around me but unable to move, breath right and heart was going super slow. Basically your body is still in REM but your brain wakes up for some reason. I was unable to speak or anything. You trip out sometimes too. Def feels like your dying I think.

hahah I've done that lol. well not right before going to bed but tried to sleep a while after having some haha. No fun either. Trying to eat also sucks haha.
