this is too difficult to ask.
to many variables.
95% of the time i will not drive if i am above the legal limit.
but i have been given a breathalyzer with open beer in the car (hidden) and after having 6 or 7 beers and i passed. (i believe)
its all about in what amount of time.
i had 6 or 7 beers from 8 pm to 12 pm during darts and i passsed the test.
cop asked if i was drinking and i told him i only had 2 beers. within the last hour.
worked like a charm.

i remember when i use to valet at a club out in montauk and another restaurant/lounge in bayshore id say atleast 20-30% of all the customer's cars i parked were gonna kill someone on the way home. these people were drunk off their assssss. Makes you realize why Suffolk county has one of the highest rate of drunk drivers. another 20-30 % of people were borderline drunk, still over the .08 limit.
However, i know since ill prob be in the DA's office in a few years im not gonna have any sympathy towards drunk drivers. i think everyone who thinks they might be over the limit to just take a cab its not that hard of a thing to do.
