Nothing wrong with a boob job. As long as you take care of them. (ie: massage them everyday so it's not rock hard)
Not only that to each to their own. If you want bigger tits who should stop you? Just don't be stingy about it. I've seen horrible boob jobs before and man...are they ugly. The more research you do is always better and cheap doesn't always mean a good thing!

I prefer real. One of my friend's wife apparently got implants recently. She went all out and got the way too big size. It was quite a surprise when I saw her wearing a tight t-shirt Saturday night. I think he was trying to get me to comment on them, but I took the good advice of not saying anything if you don't have anything nice to say.

 

I believe saline filled is the way to go as there have been numerous instances of silicone implants breaking and slowly leaking into the surroundng tissue. Apparently it's a slow process (the leak) and you don't know about it for quite a while until you start to develop bumps where they shouldn't be.
