Stern had Hank the Angry Drunken Dwarf in his studio one day drinking and they were measuring his blood alcohol level. I don't remember what the number was but it was absurdly high and I thought higher than the guy in this story. At one point he was so hammered he could not sustain a breath long enough to blow into the meter and passed out so the number would have gone higher than what they recorded but he was a HARDCORE drunk.
And he died from alcoholism not that long ago.
I wonder if the guy in this story is an angry drunk or a euphoric one?

i had a friend that had alcohol poisoning and when he went to the hospital he had a .38 BAC....most drunk person I have ever seen.

about it now since he made out ok and doesn't drink as much as he used too
