Ok we need some opinions...my friend just accepted an invitation to spend Valentines Day with a guy she goes to school with. They are friends, but there is serious possibility there could be more. Our question is: does she buy him something for Valentines Day or not? She has asked a bunch of people and the reaction is mixed. What do u guys think?








Personally, I dont think so. She should save her money to look good for the date.

 

Oh by the way they are going to dinner and then a club, if that makes a difference.

 

I don't think she needs to. How is she going to know what to buy the dude?

A card maybe. but then that will be too luvy duvy and she doesn't even know him.

I stick with nothing.

 

Speaking from a guys point of view - I would not be expecting anything, after all, it is the first date. Now, as a guy, I
would bring her a single rose, Valentine's Day or not.
