Smokey Nagata is the man. I always wondered how this old man with glasses has all these bad ass rides, then I found out he's the owner of Top Secret

 

Several months ago, "SuperStreet" ran an issue with a free JDM Option DVD that included a segment about Smokey Nagata. It included seval clips of him doing 200+ in a couple different Supras...Great stuff!!! If you haven't seen it, PM me and I'll mail it to you on loan.

 

Nagata san is the man...he is also well known in the r-34 GTR tuner world.

 

 

Not that I doubt it but exactly, how are we suppose to know it actually hit those numbers? Except for the fact that it says 315km/h, shit for all I know he threw gears and a yellow box on the thing and it's speedo is not calibrated correctly.

 

I'm not big into defending things I see on the internet, but every vid I've seen of "Smokey" looks legit. True it is hard to tell on video, but like 714sk2 said he is a big part of Top Secret so I don't doubt the validity of his/their high speed run claims. Could be wrong.

I got that disc. That's how I found out about him, he's a mad man. I can't believe he gets arrested good stuff

BTW does anyone know what V8 he used to put in that G35 he has. It's been bugging the hell out of me

 

Exactly! If he was just some a$$ hole off the street talking about he hit 200mph then I'd call Bull Sh*t. But He definitely has the reputation and the means (money) to do what the video claims.
