i went to "tweeters" to get a new stereo head unit for my car... and the person who worked there asked me what kind of car i drove and which year... so i said "2001 s2000"...

and he started to laugh hysterically, making fun of the car name being s2000 but the year it was made was '01... "bwahahahahahahahahahaha! two- thousand- ONE- s- two THOUSAND? BWAHAHAHA!"
really loudly, to a point where people around us all turned to look.

I would've just been...you just lost one customer, and every other S2000 owner out there.

 

Technically, it should be the S1997. The 2000 comes from the # of cc's of engine displacement, not the year.

Seung, if you wanna upgrade the stereo, buy the stuff from Pinky, he could do a good install... and very good quality, and the price is pretty good too..!!
