Default 2002 protege 5 is gorgeous!!!

I'm silly, but My friend and I just went to see the 2002 protege 5 and this wagon is drop dead gorgeous!!! Initially I thought, "protege? huh?", but when I went and saw this black with gray metallic flake protege 5 wagon, I fell in love with it right away.
It only has 130hp, but it's only $16000 with everything, and did I mention this car was gorgeous? If there was a turbo kit for it, then I might be tempted to buy this car, instead of my reserved spa yellow s2000. I told you I'm silly, but you gotta see this car in person. I don't know if it's just me, but good god!!! this is a one hansome car. 2800pounds, with 2.0L DOHC 16 valve 4, take out the back seat, change the front ones with sparco, lower with suspension kit, and 18 inch light weight wheels from spoon, tubo or two, exhaust, intake, header and this car could be so damn awesome!!!
Well, I was just having a second thought about my s2000 and I had to vent and let things out. I love vtec!!! Ever since my 5th gen lude, other cars seem so blend, and boring without the vtec puking me back to my seat, and the engine roar that is the siren that we all are in deeply love with, (even more than our girlies and even wives!!) but I don't know... there was so much potential with protege 5... oh, you guys are going to flame me till i die...

the protege is tight The front of the car looks just beautiful, though I don't like the back. For that much money it is a buy for me, but I perfer the S2000 more yes and I do agree on those mods, this car would be ill if it was done right.

I agree, it is tight. They are selling like hotcakes here. I see them everywhere. Hopefully it'll give Mazda the confidence it needs to start producing more interesting cars. The RX8 looks good to start.

I haven't seen one in person but I've looked at a lot of pictures. It's a very nice looking car, I'm impressed.

I agree... I saw a yellow one at the dealer the other day and it looked quite good. Seems like a practical car. I think 130hp is a little low... but whatever.
