2002 Renault V10 - the shape of things to come??
I think Toyota is out there to take out Honda. I doubt they can do that for at least 3yrs. Look at thier track record for CART. Only the last year or two have they improved. I don't think Kiki will make much of an impact, but i hope that Montoya can have better luck this year.
I'm an F1 junkie and I am going through withdrawls right now! Can't wait until the season starts. I think MS will continue his domination...he simply IS the best. I would like to see Montoya making a serious run ... and dammit lets see some more Minardi up in the ranks (they sure as hell deserve it).
Can't wait to see Villeneuve flop (don't like him at all). I think Kimi will do well, Ralf will suffer, Irvine will be on form again, Trulli will finally shine...and...bye bye Button.
The Renault engine will be decent, maybe some podium finishes if they're lucky. But you'll see more of the same.. Ferrari, BMW, and Mercedes. I'm waiting on surprise announcement from Sauber.....

I love it when a manufacturer floats a rumor like this. It usually sends the competitors scurrying back to R&D, spending megabucks to get their own version of the touted new technology. It's kind of like the space/arms race between the U.S. and the old USSR in the last century.
