So many good ones. Especially the ones where there is fail and 2 seconds later more fail!

 

That flying off the back of a treadmill happened to me once at the gym. I was talking to somebody and not paying attention to what I was doing. I stepped on a treadmill that some idiot hadn't turned off. I shot off the back and crashed into the machine behind me -- hard. Man, I was sore for days.

 

So, this is what we'll see on Tosh.0 in 2011
