24
YESSIR! Better each week. So is the chick that got hit by the car dead? And the blond is getting hotter. Maybe we can hook her up with the girl that blew up the plane. hmmm....
24 is a great show. The pacing is unbelievable. There is no slack in the show. What I like best is that you get to know the characters by their actions and not by any stupic, cast-off one-liners. One problem with modern entertainment is that so many shows feel the need to "tell" us who there characters are and what the show is about. That ceaseless quirk ends up making most shows sound like a brag fest. There's too much Neon Deion in our society. 24 has no such pretensions. It is a show that you judge entirely on what happens, and not by what they "tell" you.
Thumbs up!

Well the other girl isn't dead. And Nina is looking hotter each and every show.
I like the way all of this is playing out. You have three major story lines:
1. The terrorist/assassination threat with a subplot of a CTU member behnd the threat.
2. Senator Palmer's son is going to accused of murdering the guy who raped his sister.
3. The kidnapping of Jack's daughter.
Intense TV.

I now make it a point to watch this show every week. Previously, that was reserved for hockey games.
I'm really impressed.
I heard a nasty rumor, however, that it's not too popular, so while they've done 13 episodes so far, they might not finish the whole 24. That would suck so much.
Does anybody know any details?

I was watching an old episode of "Buck Rogers" on the Scifi channel last week and Heard a voice that sounded familiar. I looked at the T.V. and, much to my surprise, there was the guy that plays President Palmer. He just had a bit part and was playing a security guard. He only had two lines and a big Afro. It was really kind of funny to see him from over 20 years ago.
I can't stand 24. No offense, but I thought the acting sucked, and the situations were horrible. How they figured out the timeline for this show, I have no idea. None of it makes any sense chronologically. I quit watching after the 2nd episode.
Again, no offense, I just think it sucks.
