Man I missed the part last night where the kid shot his girlfriend. I was such a dork and was flipping between Las Vegas and 24 
Did he actually shoot her or fake it?? I know she was on the floor with a bag over her.. then her mom comes knocking on the door. AHH!!
This show is great.. I've been hooked since it first started!

He didn't shoot her. He told her that she was in danger and tried to hustle her out of the house, but she started getting ill - it seemed like a panic attack.
Then his mom came to the top of the staris and said that she was very disappointed with her son, but that she figured that he wouldn't have been able to go through with it.
Evidently his mom had poisoned his girlfriend's tea.
