You just use the image tags. I'm sure you already know how to use it.
The harder part is to make sure you don't include pictures from those jackass web sites...like the 2 middle ones above.
If you really like those pictures, download them to your own server or photopoint and host them there.
That's it.
Hottie poll seems to be more popular than hot ride poll.
