Great read. Thanks for posting. I love living vicariously through all of these crazy adventures and when it has to do with a piece of Americana like driving cross-country, it's even better.

That is cool. I can't wait to see the movie.

(Brought back fond memories of the trip to S2K Days 01. The Houstooks and I went from Houston to Knoxville in 12 hours... that was intense... I can't imagine doing that for 32 hours!)

i did it from boston to biloxi in about 25 hours. but i had a day of rest in between.
It was a good experience, but i dont think i want to do that again any time soon.
you need a lot of preparation, have a great car, be in great shape, and do it with friends or family (somebody that is not going to annoy you).
i did it alone, with no radio, and pretty much 2 days to get ready.

"defenately" want to do it again, or to a diff location (Alaska-Florida, or go thru the panamerican highway)
