actually that is in torrance cali. i drive on that street probably once a day.

and no i didnt take the picture nor see the new 350

 

That blue Michigan plate is the same plate that all the prototype cars and test cars run in LA. I've seen a Mercedes A class, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 7, the Mercedes SLK when it was new, etc driving around LA with that plate style.
