I only added this service to my site when people kept requesting it. I haven't had any problems with it. Its secondary to the secure credit card transactions which nobody is billed until the day product is shipped.

They both take about the same % bite out of each sale.

 

I've had no problems with it either and have fortunately never been in a position where I've had to dispute a transaction.

 

Hmm.. I for one can say I have used pay pal for a long time and NEVER have had any problems.
