^If it's your first kid, and your first time changing diapers in say, forever...a meconium diaper is a nightmare. For our first one, the wifey and I were unaware that our hospital had a "no wipes" policy in effect.
This translated into me using what the hospital supplied - wash-worn washcloths. My little guy started pooping that nasty stuff out within a few hours...oh, that totally sucked.
For those of you that need a mental image...think a non-stop stream of hot, solid black tar. Just thought I'd share.

It doesn't look that bad...If it was green I might have issues.
But i've never been fortunate enough to see it in person
