Duke said there are 50,000 barrels of fuel in the tank. The tank is roughly half full. The fuel is unleaded gasoline that is distributed to area gas stations.

Whats funny is that the gas stations will play off this like it severly affected them.

Just like when an offshore drilling rig is taken out. They feed on it.

^ haha yeah..the way prices are going up so fast for no good reason at all..i think that the oil tycoons are seriously just playing with us, i mean wtf do they care, they're already worth billions, I think it's just a game to them, see how much the stupid people will pay for gas..2 dollars? 3 dollars? 4? 5? 6? oh lets drop it a nickel....oh psych! how bout 8? 9?....

why should they drop the price? if they can charge more than why not? people will pay and they will make earth shattering record profits for their companies..its business, that's all it ever was.

so evil though..hungry hungry hippos

What's this ^, reserved for comment?

$9.X million really doesn't seem like that much in the grand scheme but I wouldn't be surprised to hear it ends up being just another reason to raise the pump prices.

Don't they have insurance for product destroyed by "acts of god?"

Sorry, we're all puppets. The oil tycoons wouldn't allow me to type a response.
