Default 56K warning in the title!

I find it odd that people are still using this warning. I can understand like 6-8 years ago, but is it still necessary?

Seriously those using a 56k connection shouldn't even be able to load the forum page with all the .gif images and such.

*end rant*

interesting observation... I wonder how many people are actually using dial up?

maybe they are browsing on their phone via an old 2G network

It's still been known to happen. . . .

Even then, my DSL is shitty; I appreciate the warning. . .
