It is an interesting story. A fact.

You read "9000REVS" in the subject line of this post. You took the the time to read it. You then complain about my reference to a post at another site, recommended reading, IMHO. You don't like 9000REVS for your own reasons. Fine! I'm neutral on the guy. You ask me not to reference his posts anymore!

The subject line was an honest one. Why did you go through the trouble to challenge me?

Now I know the true meaning of the word "Elitist".

Ouch!

Obviously some stong feeling here. If you want to continue that's cool but I do want to move this over to OT. Don't ask why, just a "feeling" thing.

My apologies, cthree. I should have posted in OT originally.

It's also a much smaller stage and the big performers hardly ever show up there.

I personally like Rev's wild and wacky introspection...most of the time. Sometimes he's way over the top, I just ignore it then. It's not enough to get my panties in a wad. He's at least provocative and somewhat interesting much of the time.

I would suggest using the same apprach. If you don't appreciate or like him, stay away from his threads. If you do like him, read it. Either way it doesn't seem like a big enough deal to be all wound up about.

It's free choice to read or not to read.

My deux francs worth...

IMHO, to anyone who would leave this board over a post like honda_s2k's:

See 'ya!

I wouldn't be surprised if REVS lurks among us in another guise on this board. Come out, come out, wherever you are! Perhaps he's the illegitimate father of Chris2000!

Don't know what the fuss is all about. Seems like a very inocuous thread to me.

Granted, some others were not, I myself always wondered how on earth anyone can use a two-seater useless but for fun car for political ranting, but hey it's america! (apologies for the non-americans ). But it didn't really bothered me, and I wouldn't leave because of him.

IMHO, we need to learn to (virtually) live together, guys...

i have visited s2000 sites for a long time..from prowlermike to gmund. much wonderful speculation before the first cars arrived, great information once they were here. at the present time, braided brake lines, grind, rear window have pretty much been used up. this is not to say that good information is still not here, it just occurs less often as discoveries become fewer and fewer.

i have never met anyone on this board, but have assigned personalities over time. this is why i visit these boards now, just to see what is happening between these personalities. seems to me people here are a lot more short tempered than they once were.

during the next month, a new batch of owners will take delivery and deluge this board with positive posts. should be fun again....

I think it's pretty stupid to link to OT threads on H-A.net. Especially that one, which is basically someone telling me how to drive in the guise of an inflammatory kind of moral anecdote. Strike one against whoever started this thread, AFAIAC.
