accord with S2000 lights
I think you guys are being a little tooo over critical of these cars that you call "RICE" this car is not rice a car that is rice is one that has ill fitting mods like a supra style wing on a toyota sentra with 13 inch rims and a 6 inch muffler tip that does nothing for performance but is only a noise maker. This car is a clean combination of 2 of the best cars on the road today. This guy obviously has enough money for a s2000 but so do you and yors looks like everybody elses this is an oiginal lookin Accord. If you had enough money for a M3 im sure you would get one but then your M3 would look like every body elses. My point of this long rant is every body does not want thier car to look like everybody elses and some people like this guys/gals Accord are very anal about the similarities or lack thereof. Back off a lil guys let these people create mold and putty thier bodies to thier hearts content THIS CAR IS NOT RICE!!!!!!
i think the headlights are photoshopped.. look closely.. theres barely even a gap in the lines of the hood, bumper, and frnt 1/4 panel... however the tailights look real.... theres is a white integra where i live who has s2k tailights sitting in his room waiting to do the conversion... ( he hates me, lol)....i hate conversions
To me anything aftermarket on a Japanese car makes it "rice"..
The more you add, the more "ricey" it gets.
Nearly all the cars in that stoopid movie TFATF I would consider "rice"..
I think the cars were kinda cool, especially considering how fast they were, but not to my taste..
That Ferrari comparo in the movie was ridiculous too. I know a guy with a Modena and he scoffs at cars like that who want to race. He doesn't waste his time racing(drag) unless it is against his friends for fun.. However he'd be more willing to race on an open track where he'd probably beat most people(lucky him he races F-1 cars for a living)..
Anyway, "rice" doesn't necessarily mean it is all that bad. Most of it generally looks stupid to me, but I admit that some cars are done much better than others.
Me, I'm a stealth kind of guy. I'd build a car that wasn't loud visually and with no stickers. Clear markers, etc? Well, I guess they are ok but way overdone. To me it's all under the hood and in the chassis that counts..
I remember that station wagon on a corvette chassis back in the late 80s. that was bad - a 14 sec. 1/4 miler that also ran the track incredible well yet looked like a beater suburban wagon for the kids. Imagine sitting in that backward facing jump seat in the back while taking off full throttle!

When you write something as stupid and spell wrong, it makes the writer look stupider.

Cheers,
