Reminds me of the JCWhitney offering for an oil filter. The filter used a replaceable element that was a roll of toilet paper(I assume the soft on your bottom kind ).

However, I believe that filter actually worked fairly well.

Perhaps putting the leftover coffee in the tank would also hike the HP, it does for me
