I can't say which is right or wrong, but I use A

 

Either works, but I use A too.

 

Here is what I use (similar to B):

Mr. John Doe
c/o ABC Company
123 Main Street
Home Town, BS 99999
USA

The sequence goes from the most specific to the most general. So the first line is the person to whom the mail is addressed. Followed by the company, the street address, the city, state, and finally the country. At least that was the way I was taught when I was in grade school.

I usually put the Attention on the lower left side of the envelope.
