I've been getting spam emails like crazy lately. Even the junk filter isn't keeping them out. But if I can combine all the advantages, it could be worthwhile.

Really? I haven't gotten that one yet. But I know that I can invite them to my apartment where I can refinance it at a rate of 4.625%!!! I just hope the apartment complex let's me refinance my rent.
